New indoor gym opens for children of all learning abilities – WPBF 25 News

TEQUESTA, Fla. — A new gym in northern Palm Beach County was created for children on the autism spectrum and those who are not.

“We’re loving it. We’re enjoying every second,” Jenna Pignato, co-owner of We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym Jupiter-Tequesta, said.

Piganto and Sarah Callahan, who are teachers, best friends and now business partners, recently opened We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym Jupiter-Tequesta off U.S. Highway 1.

It’s an all-inclusive indoor gym and education center in northern Palm Beach County for children of all ages and learning abilities.

“We loved the idea of all the different types of kids coming together, all different abilities, really coming together and playing and learning from each other,” Pignato said.”

“A large misconception actually is that we are only a gym for kids that are on the spectrum, because that’s a part of our name, but really we’re promoting inclusion and a safe place for families to go with a neurotypical child and a child that might be on the spectrum or sensory processing disorders,” Callahan said.”
